[sarex] Joint ISS/PCsat test picture

If anyone is interested, I just posted an APRStk screen shot of the joint
ISS/PCsat test pass on Saturday when 5 stations were successful with dual
hops.  See the PCsat web page below.

It shows where the stations and Spacecraft were at the times of the
successful packets.  It also shows everyone else that we saw during that
pass.
