Based on "Apollo" from the Alan Parsons "On Air" CD (the handiest copy 
of Apollo CAPCOM audio hanging aound my shack), viwed though Baudline 
spectral display, the "roger beep" looks like it's pretty much 2450 Hz. 

Why?
