[sarex] Sending UI Packets with MixW?

Hmmmm...I can't figure out how to send unconnected packets with MixW32 v
2.03

It looks like it will only transmit in connected mode. Very strange and not
too useful for ISS or PCSAT.

If someone knows how to do this, give me a clue please!  tnx
