[sarex] Re: APRS via ISS...how did I move so fast?

This may have been discussed before...but when I check my location on ARISS 
site I find myself approximately 60 miles northwest of my real location...my 
"uplinked location" is correct in my string 4266.49N/07095.08W...but the map 
puts me at 43.10817/-71.58467?
 
 How can I be two places at once when I'm not Really Anywhere at All?
