Re: What Sat TX on 144.100 ?



You're right Tony.  I have heard this now, also, in Wisconsin and it is
about at the same time as an FO-20 pass.  It is a pretty strong signal, as I
copied it on an old PRO-42 scanner hooked up to an old mobile cb antenna (at
least that's what I think it is, it's not mine) stuck upside-down to a steel
roof beam here in the plant where I work.  It's a modulated cw signal in FM.
I copied the VVV then it faded out, and then I heard the LYAMAMA segment,
and the carrier disappeared.  So, I can't verify the callsign, but it seems
like the same bird.
