What Sat TX on 144.100 ?

Others in Aust. along with myself are hearing a
strong signal from a satellite on 144.100 MHz.
It keys out VVVDECNZARKAAALYAMAMA approx. every 30
sec. and it is orbiting approx. every 110 mins. I
have heard it once so far on Jan. 23, from 11:38
till 11:54 UTC. The signal was peaking to 40
over9+
The pass almost coincides with FO-20 however I
have only heard it once so far as it has just been
brought to my attention, but others heard it
yesterday as well.
Anyone with info on this would they reply direct
please.
