[sarex] how to digipeat thru ISS?

All,

Does anyone have a handy web page they could point me to that gives some
instructions on the proper way to digipeat thru ISS? I can copy the packet
downlink (when it's on), but as a neophyte packet user I want to make sure
I'm not doing something stupid when I transmit.
