[sarex] Is GARC still doing HF retransmissions of shuttle launches?

Is GARC still doing HF retransmissions of shuttle launches?
I tried listening about 1/2 hour before the (scrubbed) launch
today, and heard nothing.  Their Web site http://garc.gsfc.nasa.gov/
is pretty stale; it has up-the-minute status for STS-101
from April 2000...
