[sarex] Upcoming ARISS contacts this Friday Nov. 23, 2001 callsign correction for Iruma

Hi all,

Two schools are scheduled to have an ARISS contact with NA1SS this coming 
Friday.  

On 2001-11-23 at 10:47 UTC, McKenzie Public School in Almonte, Ontario, 
Canada, will attempt a contact as the second Canadian school.  The school 
call is VE3AKV.  This time is 5:47am local time, so the students are planning 
an astronaut style breakfast.

On 2001-11-23 at 13:32 UTC, Iruma Children's Center, Iruma, Japan, will 
attempt a contact as the first school from Japan.  The school call is JK1ZAM 
(corrected callsign, thanks Satoshi 7M3TJZ for catching my typo).

Everyone is invited to listen to the downlink of 145.80 MHz. There is 
expected to be no MSNBC.com coverage although there may be streaming audio 
available from McKenzie.  Watch the bulletin board for any updates and the 
possible URL.
