ISS calling France 14:30 utc Oct 27

Hi All:

I just talked to Flight Engineer Claudie Haignere and
Astronaut Frank L. Culbertson.

Claudie is planning to talking to a few schools in france this weekend.
You are invited to listen to 145.800 (down link).
If you do hear a School schedule, DO NOT TRY TO CALL ISS.
let the crew have their school link.
Also, the School UPLINK (the channel ISS listening to) is a
private channel on a much different part of the band (approved by ITU
satellite operations)

If you hear the ISS crew call CQ, then that will be the signal that the
crew is back on the Public channels and it is time for you to call.

Frequencies in use

The following frequencies are currently used for ARISS general
Voice and Packet Downlink: 145.80 (Worldwide)
Voice Uplink: 144.49 for Regions 2 and 3 (The Americas, and
the Pacific)
Voice Uplink: 145.20 for Region 1 (Europe, Central Asia and
          Packet Uplink: 145.99 (Worldwide))

Good luck and be nice, they are beginners at working large radio crowds
