[sarex] ISS heard over Kingston

    cmdr. Frank was heard over Kingston working many stations.  I will
have to get better ant. than the 5/8 extanable whip to work him.  Anyone
have any ideas for a ant. for an HT that I can hold and point at the
station from my apartment?  Tnx
