[sarex] ISS on voice over Europe

Hi all,

Just spoke at 1526z with Frank Culbertson on the ISS  during one of his
voice passes over Europe. I was able to contact him with my own callsign and
also with CT7EPG Jamboree-on-the-air Group 25 AEP. It is nice to hear his
voice calling Jamboree. He made other contacts as well but I was not able to
pick complete callsigns.
