[sarex] JOTA contact

Hi all,

the Waverley Amateur Radio Society's JOTA station just had an excellent
contact with Frank on ISS from the Scout hall which is also our home.

The operator was Raffy VK2RF.

There were about 10 Venturer Scouts (both male and female) in attendance
when Frank called CK after finishing with Tony VK5ZAI in South Australia.

Signal was 59 most of the time with only minor dips in strength.
