[sarex] NA1SS over Europe

Hi,

Frank was active on voice during the 1307 and 1620 passes today, and the 
packet digi was on at 1443.  Great downlink sigs here in London with HT and 
quarter-wave whip, but alas, no QSO!  I didn't hear any obvious Scout QSOs, 
but perhaps some of the successful callers were Scout groups.
