[sarex] Again:ISS phone over Europe

Hi all,
It´s Fernando  from Spain...
A while ago,at around 14.16z the ISS was active again in russian but this 
time not only on 143.625 but also on  130.167.
143.625 was full of noises (not local intermods etc..) but 130.167 was 
clear...
I´m thinking seriously to beguin my classes on russian  :-) hi!
