Hi,

For those interested, AMSAT-NA's policy with respect to the issuance of 
OSCAR numbers may be found at the following URL: 
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/amsat-na/oscar.html.

Bill Tynan, W3XO, our Chairman of the Board, is the official "Keeper of the 
OSCAR Numbers."  Requests for the assignment of OSCAR numbers should be 
addressed to the BoD in care of Bill.
