[sarex] ISS voice over Europe

Hello,

also today Susan was active in voice, I have take time during the previous 
pass for to give chance to other OM's.
On the last pass 24 June 18:56 I have talk with her but I'm was alone 
because the orbit was only Sicily and part od Africa.

No problems for other I know and I like to leave frequency clear for 
contact.
