[sarex] QRP into ISS?

I wonder if there has been any record keeping regarding QRP or other weak
signal successes with ISS voice contacts.

I worked Susan on the 1830 pass today with 1/2 a watt and an 3 element Arrow
from my backyard.

Previous QSOs with MIR, SAREX and ISS stations by me was always with a
minimum of 50 watts.  I didn't think I'd have a chance with 0.5W.
