Things on ISS have really slowed down.  The arm is essentially "broke" and 
rumor has it that the solar arrays are using a lot of current to turn hence 
they are not tracking the sun all that much.

Of course its still  a glourious success and the strows on board are "really 
doing meaningful work" but there are some modest problems (sorry challenges) 
so the ham radio has moretime.
