[sarex] ISS missed Dayton telebridge

The ISS missed the telebridge link with the Dayton
Convention. We had the line setup through to the
Convention but  didn't get any response from the
ISS crew. It was a little disappointing for all
involved, but it has to be accepted that they
have other commitments that can come up and they
can't always keep Amateur Radio schedules.
