[sarex] UI Packets & Linux AX.25

Most Linux people here might already know this; after messing around with
the "beacon" program from the ax25-tools package I discovered a simple way
of sending UI packets through ISS's digipeater, and I thought it was worth
sharing.

Try:

beacon -d "CQ NOCALL" -s [ax.25 interface] "Message"

This will send a single UI packet to callsign CQ through the NOCALL
digipeater.
