On the 2-meter band, the doppler will be
up to 3.6k doppler Plus and Minus.
Most of the time doppler will be under 3k.
Does anyone have an accurate spectrum analyzer who
can calculate the actual Transmit frequency of ISS?
My frequency counter is not too accurate, it seems
that ISS TX is a little high?
