I'm pretty sure it was me you were originally referring to, because it was 
my post to sarex@amsat.org that said I worked NA1SS at 1819 with 5 kW 
eirp.  In any event, your gracious apology is accepted.  Hope you have lots 
of fun in Amateur Radio and especially with satellites and ARISS.
