  Did your dad send UI apcket 138 times during the only 10 minutes
of ISS pass? If the one UI packet occupy 1.5s, 138 UI packet will
occupy 207s - 3 min and a half - almost 1/3 of total ISS chance!
  And that LOG says there was no packet digipeated except your dad's
one - during your dad trying to send too many UI packets. So your
dad might be wipe out almost all of another person's packet!

  Is that the common style at NA?  I have no word to say.... X-p
