Hi Frank.

The downlink was solid copy in Lincroft, New Jersey (campus of Brookdale
Community College) using an HTX-202 handheld transceiver and a quarter wave
groundplane antenna (built from 4 coat hangers and an SO-239 coaxial
connector) while standing outside my building with several co-workers
and students.
