If you ever heard a pass over europe you might see the use of it, we have
passes where there are periods of several minutes where iss can't tx
becouse there is activity on the input.
In those periods there are usualy only a few good frames because poeple
will try harder to get true (more power and more frames) resulting in
mayhem.
