[sarex] ISS packet report at Japan this week

Hello This is Yoshi.

  This is ISS packet monitor summary report of this week at Japan. All
infomation was posted on JAMSAT-bb.

April-11th.

  no report.

  Also there were many stations who tried to digi but could not (including
me! :-p).
  I can not hear any signal from ISS at the western part of every pass,
so maybe there will be too much Asian QRM on the uplink freq.
