[sarex] ISS packet at here Japan last night.

Hello This is Yoshi JF6BCC.

  I tried 3 passes to hear the ISS packet last night, and got 2
packets from it.

  At the 13:18-13:26z pass of April-13th, I could not get any
digipeated packet even mine.

  At the 14:53-15:03z pass, I heard a few packets but decoded
only 2 of of them. I tried my UI packet digipeating but could
not.

  Also JR6LDE was reported on our local JAMSAT-bb.

  The last 16:30-16:38z pass, I tried also but could not hear
any.

  My gear is 6ele YAGI (for FM Birds, Az-rotable but El-25deg
fixed) and FT-817+AMP (20Wout), using AGWPE and WinPack on my
K6-2-450MHz & 128MB PC.
