[sarex] uhh... question

   Wait a minute.. what is going on.. 


 ?

   Are the astronauts onboard the ISS using packet to
communicate with hams?  or... is the packet system more like
a repeater (digipeater, actually) or BBS ?




I'm relatively new to this
