Iss keps 04/10/01 03:53:08.97 UTC

Hi Margaret and all:

ISS did an orbit burn the other day, which shifted its orbit.
The keps from 4/09 list bostons first pass at 21:54
The keps from today 4/10 list bostons first pass
at 21:59, a difference of 5 minutes.
Many people missed the orbits last night due to the channge.

Manned satellites move a lot. Update at least weekly and
you must expect big changes when they kick in the boosters.
