[sarex] ISS over Eu

Hi All

It's good to see this action on this list, hi!
It's also nice to see some familiar calls on the screen,
specially when they are received via ISS packet system :0)
Unfortunatly I wasn't able to join them (I guess my TNC 
was counting on early retirement after MIR re-entry ;0)
So, until I find what's going wrong, I'll keep listening only.
