I'm working on the following:

define beacon message in LTEXT (up to 159 chaarcters)
LPATH CQ,NOCALL
LOC every 3

according to my manual this sends ltext (what should be gps data) every 30
seconds. Everyone w/out aprs could then use  a standard format
