Hi Arthur:
I *think* they are back to the "normal UTC day" of getting up around
0700ish UTC( 0200 EST)(0300 EDT)  and going to bed around 2200ish
UTC.(1700 EST)(1800 EDT).   Weekends will be agood time to try as they
may have a little more spare time to do ham radio stuff. 73, Wil   (
