[sarex] Arcadia Shool Contact

This ISS had a great signal here in Kansas (40 over) this morning but only
heard  a very short contact with the school.  Murphy must of visited the
school today.

Bill Shepherd never gave up until he was out of range.  He kept trying to
contact the school. Sounded like the school was the one having the problem
today.
