Bob Grove and Larry Van Horn with Grove Enterprises have probably the most
current list of frequencies available for shuttle launches.  Check out
their Space Shuttle Mission Frequency Guide at the following URL:

I monitored several USAF & NASA stations and the two SRB recovery vessels
on HF during the last launch from here in SE Tennessee.
