Remembering Mir packet

Mir packet was great.  Mir packet allowed thousands of
hams to have their first shot at a satellite wit a QRP station.
Here's a memo from Astronaut Mike Foale.  We are busy
reprograming the Kenwood TM-733 for a set of backup schools
channels.

Miles, I have figured out how to set channels, set the frequency steps, 

remove locks, select shift +, or shift -.  I need to know how to set an 

arbitrary shift, like the one you proposed for UHF 435.75 and 437.950
xmit

Option bu, Option button 4 has shift,t.sel and tone.  Mike. kb5uac.
