Funny.
Back in 1985 Sen E. Jake Garn and Sultan Salman Al-Saud  had a ride on
Discovery:
With all respect, I bet there were better payload specialist qualified for
the mission,
but other values spoke louder... I don't recall heard any Russian complained
about it.
Ok, conditions are now different.  But I think Mr.Goldin has no moral reason
to
criticise Rusian authorities.

Just a thought!
