[sarex] Finding the ISS in the sky

Thanks to Patty Winter and Keith, whose messages are up on this BB, the
mystery of the bum steer from Florida Today is now solved!  I just
checked in with fine results.

To all of you who reported the problem...thamks for checking in...Patty
and Keith's solutions will give you first hand reports so you can watch
ISS...which will become increasingly interesting in the coming months
and years.  You may even enjoy direct contacts with the astronauts and
cosmonauts.  Stay tuned!
