For those following  the latest Mir activity, MSNBC News is running a story

It is suggested that the Sunday April16 MIR passes be checked, especially
the pass beginning as early  as 13:25 UTC for possible activity related to
the Schnecksville, Pennsylvania School .  Futher updates will follow.
