[sarex] Mir - no reception

Shalom,

No signals were heard from Mir on it's last pass (1139-1149 UTC).
I was listening on both 143.625 and 145.985.  I tried calling them on
145.985 packet anf FM - no reply.

This last pass was a high one - maximum azimuth 77 deg.
