[sarex] PREDICT Version 2.1.1 For Linux Released

Hi folks.

There were a few minor installation bugs in PREDICT version 2.1.0 that
was released over the weekend.  Version 2.1.1 clears up those problems
as well as a minor glitch in the "torture test" performed by the program
on NASA two-line element sets.

The updated version is available at:

 	ftp://ftp.amsat.org/amsat/software/Linux/predict-2.1.1.tar.gz
