Ken, appreciate the effort on the latest keps.  Most of us will have to
live with 1999 keps for some time.  I do not think Y2K compliant programs
came out for Instantrack.  Too bad as I think this remains the most
popular program of all in the AMSAT library.  Cliff K7RR
