Re: DirecTV adds NASA TV




It isn't true that all six new public-interest channels 
will be on the 119-degree satellite. If you have a basic
DirecTV system now aimed at 101 degrees, tune to channels
375 and 377 and you'll see two of the new ones.

Given yesterday's addition of those two channels, DTV's
argument about not having room for NASA TV on that bird 
because of the recent addition of all the local channels 
is rather disingenuous.

I suggest that DirecTV subscribers here on the SAREX group
move their discussions to rec.video.satellite.dbs, where 
there are lots of ideas floating around.
