I was also disappointed in finding out that NASA would not be carried on the 
standard system.  It was difficult at best to even get a straight answer from 
the customer support line.

I sent my complaints or feedback yesterday and have asked when and if they 
plan to add NASA to standard DirecTV.
Still waiting for response.
