[sarex] Hitting the Moon at Night

The risk of hitting the moon is, of course, reduced by 50% at 1st quarter
and 3rd quarter, as you only have a 50% chance of hitting it. And at a
crescent stage, you'd have to work pretty hard to hit that little sliver.
