[sarex] SAREX beacon heard Jul 26

Hi,
I have just had a pass over Brasilia (55 deg elev). The beacon was clear and 
strong when copied with a 1/4 vertical. The heard list is the same since two 
days. I did not read SAREX-amsat list since yesterday because my mail server 
is also "deaf".
