[sarex] STS-93 heard over Argentina!

Short bursts of PACKET heard in Northeastern Argentina, with
strong signals, at 1240 UT, up to 1248 UT, on 145.800 MHz, 
not belonging to terrestrial sources, of course!!! Slow change
of signal intensity during pass is very distinctive...
It was a 46 degrees elevation pass.
I was unable to decipher information, I was using only a FT-50 handy 
and a 40 cm whip.
