[sarex] QSL Sarex!

I finally QSL SAREX.  I heard voice at 2308 EDT (0308 UTC) pass.  Very
weak, only made out one sentence at peak elevation here in Maryland (maybe
6 or so deg). I'm listening on 6 dB gain omni ant with 3 dB coax loss to
barefoot FM rig.
