[sarex] Different shuttle positions

I have been tracking the shuttle for years with Logsat and
it has been right on, and I thought it was right on now.
However I went to the below url and it shows the shuttle
to be considerable behind where Logsat and STSPlus
show it.

I have the latest keps installed in both programs.

Anyone have a possible explanation?
