[sarex] Working MIR

Hello all:
I have a question.  I am using a MFJ-1278B for Packet.  I am sending unproto
packets to MIR but I can not see my digipeated packets.  I have set PASSALL,
MCON, MCOM to ON.  My unproto is cq via R0MIR.  I did talk to a station on
Maine, so I know that I get through.
